No Chintz 5 tips for a Crafty Christmas

1. Sew a simple Linen/Hessian bag and decorate with Tassels or Felt Flowers a Crafty alternative to Christmas wrap (Jan, No Chintz Willoughby)

2. I love the idea of putting together a fabric garland in some of these festive fabric combinations: Basra in Scarlet, Flowers on Water in Parrot, Circus Multi in Charcoal and Capri, Marina Ticking in Red, Ohio Ticking in Olive and Marimekko Pirput Parput in Pink/Red (Robin, No Chintz Balmain)

3. Make your own Christmas streamers out of strips of fabric instead of paper! (Katherine No Chintz Balmain)

4. Christmas placemats use a set of our No Chintz fat-quarter fabric bundlers– cut each into half, sew a small Zigzag stitch around 3cm in from the edge, and then fray the edges. (Wanda, No Chintz Balmain)

5. Use a fabric covered noticeboard or corkboard to display all your Christmas cards.  Arrange them in the shape of a Christmas tree for a fun festive touch. (Penny, No Chintz Woollahra)
