We really love dramatic wall finishes. It’s so easy to add some drama and sophistication to a space with a splash of paint, a fabulous wallpaper, a combination of both, fabric, images… let your imagination go wild! We’ve been “poodling” around on Pinterest and have found some great wall finishes that we’d use with our textiles and soft furnishings.
This striped wallpaper is fun, contemporary and beachy. I can imagine seeing it in one of those older houses at Palm Beach, worked back with white cane furniture and a cool mini-bar!
Love the cool sophistication of this stripe:
How beautiful is this Chinoiserie style wallpaper from British based firm De Gournay?
This dramatic wallpaper is featured in the Republic of Fritz Hansen Store in London.
Have some fun in your bathroom with this Geoff McFetridge Pottok wallpaper.
We love adding texture to walls… there are plenty of textured wallpapers on the market… in the past we’ve used our fabrics as wall finishes with great success.
You know we love ikat fabrics and we just love these ikat inspired wallpapers we found featured on Elle Decor, layered back with the chevron design curtains and ikat soft furnishings and more simply below that with fresh white bed linen… we’re pretty mad for this look! For similar wallpapers check out Thibaut Wallpaper and Fabric.
How dramatic is this room? The wallpaper is just amazing!
